Orders and Payments

All orders are sent via conveyor.

IT Solutions-JP reserves the right to cancel any orders, whose final price is wrong or outdated, advising customers of this fact before payment has been made. If the payment has been made the customer will be refunded in full. If the client decides to proceed with the order you should have to pay the correct value.
Orders will be processed only after making a good collection of them and will be sent to the address requested at time of application.
In case of cash on delivery, will only be sent after validation by telephone from the customer, so that the phone is shown at registration is correct. As a means of payment checks are not accepted, only cash (money). In Madeira and the Azores, will not be accepted cash on delivery, payment is made in advance by bank transfer or credit card, customers can also pay by check (by registered mail to our address) and after the effective collection send the ordered product.
Any offers associated with an ordered product will always be subject to confirmation of stock and can be canceled without notice.
In shipments to countries outside the European Union and depending on the laws of each country, the Customs may require payment of taxes to which IT Solutions-JP is alien and that will be borne by the customer.
All shipments are insured included, except for shipments of CTT (only for autonomous regions).
The orders issued by IT Solutions-JP and for any reason (no, wrong address, etc.) has not been delivered to the customer, this should make the claim until six months after shipment, otherwise the order will be written off and the client not entitled to any credit on the order.
